Instead of saying “I’ve got to get up in five hours”, try saying “I’ll be enjoying Baked Oats and a steaming hot cup of coffee in five hours.” Believe me, it’s much better.
Just grab two bowls and prepare to whip up some breathtaking breakfast!
It’ll be ready in two minutes flat because you simply need to mix together all of the ingredients. After that, all that’s left to do is bake them in the oven for 18 minutes. If you don’t have that long, pop them in an air fryer for 10 minutes or a microwave for just 3 minutes!
They’re ridiculously easy to make and a real treat for the taste buds, with three different textures: soft, creamy and crunchy.
For the latter, I used delicious little Caffettuosi biscuits, which are baked in a wood oven. They have a delicate flavour and an irresistible coffee core.
What’s the end result like?
You’ll have a smile on your face as soon as you plunge your spoon into the dish, thanks to the mouth-watering creaminess and the delectable, crunchy notes of Caffettuosi biscuits by @caffè_manuel.

For the base:
50 g of bananas
30 g of porridge oats
30 g of protein
1 teaspoon of baking powder
30 g of Greek yogurt
50 ml of egg whites
60 ml of Manuel Capriccio coffee
For the cream:
30 g of Greek yogurt
5 g of cocoa
20 ml of water
Put the ingredients for the base in a bowl: the Greek yogurt, banana, porridge oats, protein, baking powder, egg whites and coffee.
Mix all of the ingredients together thoroughly.
Prepare the cream in another bowl. Stir together the cocoa, Greek yogurt and water until a creamy mixture forms.
Put it all together: put some of the base mixture on the bottom, cover it with the cream and a Caffettuosi biscuit crumbled into large pieces, then top it all off with the rest of the base mixture.
Bake it at 190°C for 18 minutes, then enjoy it!
