From today, you can find lots of exciting new content on the Sapere Coffee Academy YouTube channel!
New videos of the @saperecoffeeacademy training programmes are now online.
Produced with the utmost attention to detail, they give you a taste of what’s on offer during the courses. Simple but striking image-based explanations help you to plan and pick the subject that best suits your needs right now.
A blend of professional quality and hands-on experience is the common thread running through all of them.
Our mission is to provide you with information in a variety of fields, ranging from #BaristaSkills, #Brewing and #GreenCoffee to #LatteArt, #SensorySkills and #WaterForCoffee. Engaging footage is used to present the topics covered during the learning sessions on each course.
Watch the videos and you’ll soon feel the urge to sign up for one of our courses, so we can take you by the hand and guide you through the world of coffee.
The face of the campaign is Andrea Sguazzin, who is a Q Grader, Authorized SCA Trainer and director of the @saperecoffeeacademy.
Participants in all courses at the @saperecoffeeacademy work towards certificates from the Speciality Coffee Association (SCA), which is the world’s leading promoter of superior coffee.
In accordance with the standards and guidelines of the Coffee Skills Program (CSP), the Green Coffee, Sensory Skills, Barista Skills and Brewing modules are divided into Foundation, Intermediate and Professional levels. If you successfully complete the courses and pass the exams, you’ll be awarded points. When you reach 100 points, you can apply for an internationally recognized SCA Coffee Skills Diploma.
